New Belgium Brewery!

Now that I'm finally 21 I have the opportunity to "Legally" purchase my favorite Beer...Fat Tire from the New Belgium Brewery! I fell in love with New Belgium Brewery back in March of 2009 when I went to Fort Collins, CO. We took a tour of the "eco-friendly" brewery and met all the amazing employees. I found an article that will give you the best idea of how the company has grown over the years and my experience when I visited!

A little Comfort Food

I ate at Top FLR in Atlanta not too long ago. I had heard some hipster kids talk about it around town, and a friend wanted to meet there for food and drinks before he left for Chicago. I had already eaten so I decided to just get some Mac&Cheese...needless to say, it was the best Macaroni and Cheese dish I've ever had. (Mac & Cheese is my fav. comfort dish) So since then, I've been scouring the internet for a similar recipe, and finally found one HERE! Just in time for the holiday seasons...

Porsche Boxter Spyder

I recently took a spin in Colby's Porsche boxster...I've have been hooked since. I saw a Porsche Boxter Spyder very similar to the one above in my neighborhood the other day...

"The amazing soundtrack, coupled with the new social gameplay modes and all-new levels of creative freedom, make 'DJ Hero 2' the ultimate interactive music experience."

Wine Date

No one wants to take a swig of wine that was opened weeks before, but keeping track of which bottles were opened, and when, can be quite a chore — unless, of course, you have the Date Wine Stopper ($45). This clever gadget stainless steel and rubber stopper features three twistable rings at the top, meant for recording the date the bottle was open and protecting your sensitive taste buds.
