A drop in the Ocean...
A drop in the ocean,
A change in the weather,
I was praying that you and me might end up together.
It's like wishing for rain as I stand in the desert,
But I'm holding you closer than most,
'Cause you are my heaven....

William Ramseur Collection
I recently had the opportunity to crack out my camera and shoot an editorial piece for the William Ramseur Collection. Most of you know I'm getting back into photography, so when I had the chance to work with some of Atlanta's great upcoming talent....I couldn't refuse! Will is a great friend of mine, and I've been right there with him over the past few months as he designs his first collection. As we ventured into downtown Atlanta early in the morning to do some location scouting, I caught a great shot of Will in the street wearing a custom pair of jeans he designed. That next day (which happened to be my 21st Birthday) We went back downtown and shot Model/Best Friend Melissa Boyles in a piece from The William Ramseur Collection. Below are some photos from the evening shoot!

"Right After"
I've been doing alot of photography lately, and while looking for inspiration I recently stumbled across Collin LaFleche’s “Right After” series, a collection of photographs from 2007 that traces the exploits of a circle of close friends during their last semester of high school. The images are candid snapshots of the teenagers caught running down a snow-soaked street, watching the fireworks over Manhattan, kissing on a front porch. As with much of LaFleche’s other work, the photos have a soft glow, a lived-in feeling, like slices from a collective memory of youth.

New Belgium Brewery!
Now that I'm finally 21 I have the opportunity to "Legally" purchase my favorite Beer...Fat Tire from the New Belgium Brewery! I fell in love with New Belgium Brewery back in March of 2009 when I went to Fort Collins, CO. We took a tour of the "eco-friendly" brewery and met all the amazing employees. I found an article that will give you the best idea of how the company has grown over the years and my experience when I visited!

A little Comfort Food
I ate at Top FLR in Atlanta not too long ago. I had heard some hipster kids talk about it around town, and a friend wanted to meet there for food and drinks before he left for Chicago. I had already eaten so I decided to just get some Mac&Cheese...needless to say, it was the best Macaroni and Cheese dish I've ever had. (Mac & Cheese is my fav. comfort dish) So since then, I've been scouring the internet for a similar recipe, and finally found one HERE! Just in time for the holiday seasons...
